Raymond Deschamps has been with Farm Credit Canada since 2002 and is presently the manager of the Corporate Project Management Office. Prior to joining Farm Credit Canada, Raymond was employed for 10 years in the crop protection industry in various roles including field research, environmental research, and strategic project management.

With over 10 years of project management experience in agricultural biotechnology, crop protection and financial services, Raymond brings significant expertise to bear in his approach to project management.

Raymond holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Biology from the University of Guelph. He joined the Regina / South Sask chapter and obtained his PMP certification in 2002. Raymond has previous volunteer experience with the Regina Folk Festival, the 2001 Memorial Cup and the 2003 Grey Cup.
