AGENDA
SEMINARS - This year we are pleased to offer an additional choice of seminars. Participants can attend either of the two-day seminars being offered, which are Recovering Troubled Projects or Constructive Project Negotiations. Both of these seminars highlight critical skills required when dealing with stakeholders. There are also four different one-day options being offered to participants. Three one-day seminars titled Contracts and Procurement, Effective Estimating, and Leadership and Team Management will focus on best practise techniques. New this year, is an exciting one-day experiential learning opportunity, Lord Devon's Demise™ and Gold of the Desert Kings™ where attendees will apply vibrant learning experiences to real-world situations.
