Remember to book your calendars for April 28th to April 30th – as once again, your PMI Regina / South Saskatchewan Chapter is hosting the annual Professional Development Conference. To accommodate the demands for greater content, this year’s conference has increased the number of international seminar leaders. Also, to allow for a wider participation from both members and non-members, this year’s conference will feature 7 keynote speakers over the three conference days. An opportunity to earn a maximum of 26 PDU’s.

Day 1 of the Conference will open with a special Keynote Speaker, Bruce Kirkby, followed by a series of 1 hour white paper presentations. The day will conclude with a presentation by Rick Mercer, this year’s Featured Keynote Speaker and a networking dinner. Days two and three will begin with morning keynote speakers including a breakfast, followed by a combination of one and two-day seminars focused on the continuous improvement in member’s project management skill and knowledge sets. Each noon there will be a keynote speaker and included lunch.

How to claim PDU's
PDUs may be claimed for the 2008 Professional Development Conference by logging onto http://www.occe.ou.edu/pmi/PMI_Member/PDUlogin.php3. Enter your PMI Number, PMP Number and password, and then select PMI PDU Self Report Form. Once logged in, select Category 3, then search for "Regina" in Option 2 to find Regina/Saskatchewan Chapter.

Select Symposium White Papers (course # PDC08016) to claim a maximum of five PDUs for Symposium White Papers on April 28.

All breakfast and lunch keynotes are listed. Select each breakfast and lunch keynote you attended and claim one PDU for each speaker.
